| Description: | We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join to join our dynamic West End office on a 9-12 month Maternity contract starting in June, with a 2 week handover in May. Headquartered in London, near Oxford Circus, we are a recruitment agency that specialises in matching exceptional support staff to top businesses and private individuals globally. You will work closely with the Temporary Division, a fast paced but lovely and collaborative team. We have a wonderful, supportive and social company culture and there are lots of company incentives and events that run throughout the year. We are based just behind Bond Street station, working three days in the office and two from home. The salary range is £35-£38K. Main duties include: - Diary management and meeting scheduling - Screening and booking in candidates - Liaising with clients and candidates - Formatting CVs - Writing and posting job ads - Updating candidate CVs and profiles - Answering phones and responding to general enquires - Database administration - Ad hoc assistance with administrative and operational tasks Who you are: The ideal candidate is a positive, self-starter who is a proven team player. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
