Description:

We are looking to recruit a Client Sales Coordinator/Administrator to join a friendly estate agency team in their Topsham office.

The Role

As the Client Sales Coordinator/Administrator you will be involved with providing support to the Sales Negotiators through sales chasing, telephone answering, office cover, viewings management, client liaison and general office administration duties.

This busy office-based role would suit someone who has some estate agency/property experience and computer skills with experience of photoshop type software being an advantage.

Main Duties

  • Undertaking general office administration duties.
  • Producing sales details.
  • Booking viewings.
  • Dealing with enquiries in the office and over the telephone relating to the property portfolio.
  • Sales progression management.

Skills and Requirements

  • Personable, confident but professional when dealing with the public.
  • Friendly 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to produce documents quickly and accurately.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to deal with customers in a friendly positive and enthusiastic manner.
  • Some agency experience preferred including managing viewings, production of brochures, dealing with clients, chasing sales, preparing paperwork etc.
  • Full clean driving licence and car.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time office-based role with a salary of £30,000 including commission depending on experience. Consideration will also be given to candidates looking for part time working.
