Location: Croydon office location with Hybrid working

Salary: £25,650 per annum plus Civil Service Pension

Due to the internal promotion of an individual, they are delighted to announce that they are looking for an Electronic Document Administrator to join the team!

Within this role you'll be helping to support the delivery of excellent customer service, by ensuring electronic and paper post is accurately processed or indexed to member records.

You'll be working within a small team of Advisers in their Member Services area who will be on hand to help and support you while you learn the job. This role is responsible for the accuracy of their member records, working closely with their data tracing agency to confirm the continuing existence of members and that they are living at the address they hold.

As you can tell, this role will be putting their customers at the heart of everything they do.

Their ideal applicant will have previous experience of working within an administration-based role in a corporate environment, they will be able to demonstrate intermediate experience of the Microsoft suite of applications, specifically Excel (to include use of formulae and pivot tables) and Outlook (to include usage of shared mailboxes and categorisation) and will have Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) with Grade 4 (C) or above.
