Circa £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 8:45am 5pm

Prince Personnel are working with a prominent international business that is based in Telford who is looking for a customer support coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. The coordinator will be responsible for providing a professional and proficient service to their global customer base by supporting with the effective scheduling of engineer & installers diaries, and all associated tasks to ensure work is completed as arranged.

Duties will involve:

  • Customer Support department interface for customer enquiries.
  • Generating and issuing recommended system spares quotations.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date paper and computerised customer files.
  • Assist in the provision of performance accounting reports on: Quotation issued / orders received.
  • Outstanding service orders.
  • Service utilisation.
  • Service & Spares sales (contract and non-contract).
  • Assist in arranging all scheduled and non-scheduled service visits and installations worldwide, including customer communication, availability of materials, travel arrangements, & report completion.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have good administration skills. The majority of tasks in this role will be sent in via email and therefore you must be extremely well organised and have the ability to prioritise your workload. Knowledge of using CRM systems would be an advantage, as would coordinating engineers / field technicians diaries and travel requirements. You will be a good team player and be IT literate.
