| Description: | Associate Permanent City of London £45,000 - £50,000 Our client is a global executive search firm looking to hire an Associate to join their team in London. This role is perfect for someone who has existing knowledge of the executive search industry. this role will allow you to further your career as you will gain exposure to a diverse network across the globe while working with the best in the business. In this role, you will work side-by-side with Consultants on search projects WHAT YOU WILL DO As the Associate, you will work on projects providing research and execution under the direction of relevant Consultants. - Work on projects from start to finish assisting with mapping, sourcing, and shortlisting suitable candidates - Identify and map target teams and companies - Update search leaders regarding market trends and changes - Assist search leaders with shortlisting candidates using biographies and market knowledge to back decisions - Approach suitable candidates, gauging their interest in new opportunities - Appropriately liaise with candidates regarding their offer details; including their current remuneration and expectations - Prepare candidates with the correct tools for an effective resignation - Maintain network connections with placed candidates - Write engagement letters, shortlists, appraisals, and all relevant documentation for projects - Help with pitches, client meetings, presentations, and conferences - Keep Salesforce up to date with project progress WHO YOU ARE As the Associate, you must be an organised, motivated, and hardworking individual who can work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a people person who is comfortable dealing with different personalities. - Prior experience in a similar role is required - Acute attention to detail - A bright, innovative thinker - A team player who is comfortable taking ownership of their own tasks - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Tiger is B Corp Certified.
