An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking business, based in Hatfield. They are looking for a Team Leader to manage a small, but growing, team of 5 who are responsible for the operation of their field services division, including the following;

• Arranging and managing disconnection of utility supplies and meter removals
• Scheduling visits to property
• Booking courts
• Liaising with agents in the field
• Arranging multiple trades to attend site at the same time
• Reporting to clients
• Ensuring accurate billing for services to clients

My client is fully regulated and accredited, with a pedigree going back almost two decades.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a challenging role that will provide ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to manage a team and deal with strong personalities
• Able to work alongside the team when required
• Ensuring processes run smoothly and to client deadlines
• Make sure the team runs effectively and look at ways to prevent and solve issues
• Introduce new processes and systems
• Monitor team performance, review KPI's and report to the directors.
• Risk Analysis

• Good at identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Good IT Skills

Benefits:

• Starting Salary £28- £30k subject to experience
• Achievable Bonus of £250/month, further bonus of £250/month linked to financial performance
• 35 hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (however flexibility around these times may occasionally be required).
