Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: 40,000
Location: Perthshire
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 08.30am - 17:00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
Record office expenditure and manage the budget
organising meetings and managing databases
dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
preparing letters, presentations and reports
Overseeing 4 members of staff within the team
Providing training to staff members
Planning, implementing and supervising the company's financial strategy
Managing the company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
Requirements:
2+ years office management experience
Experience liaising with finance & HR team
Ability to work within a fast paced environment
High attention to detail
Sage experience (Preferred)
Driving license (Required)
