Title: Helpdesk Administrator

Location: Cambridge

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: 15.30 PAYE

Our client who are one of the leading companies are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a Temporary basis in the Cambridge area with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

Duties:

  • First point of contact for all planned and reactive maintenance activity, received by telephone and e-mail.
  • Raise Purchase Orders/Invoices
  • Plan PPM work for engineers and sub-contractors
  • Track the daily work outstanding for engineers and sub-contractors
  • Collate accurate reports as required.
  • Ad hoc administration duties.
  • Managing quoted works process liaising with contract staff where required.

Requirements:

  • Administration Background
  • Understanding of the planning/scheduling maintenance works (desirable)
  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
