Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven Managing Consultant to join our dynamic West End Permanent division, the salary range is £70K to £95K+ OTE. Headquartered in London, near Oxford Circus, we are a recruitment agency that specialises in matching exceptional support staff to top businesses and private individuals globally.

The Role:

The role is based in our Permanent West End Division, where you would work as a Managing Consultant. The role involves communicating with existing and new clients to take detailed briefs for their requirements and managing potential candidates from registration through to interviews and placements. You will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining a strong network of clients and candidates. You will also be encouraged and offered, where appropriate, the opportunity to take on extra responsibilities within the company, including but not limited to managing staff and developing new divisions under the Tiger umbrella. Main duties include:

- Writing and advertising job roles, attracting top candidates to register with Tiger Recruitment
- Responding to candidate job applications, emails or messages and providing feedback promptly
- Building on and expanding existing client relationships and developing new business wherever possible
- Mentoring and training Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants
- Contributing to hiring efforts of new Consultants
- Acting as a senior member of the team and within the business. Offering ideas and support when and where necessary
- Achieving set KPIs as set out in the Business Development Guidelines and hitting individual monthly targets
- Taking detailed job briefs (meeting in person/via VC wherever possible)
- Negotiating and agreeing terms as required

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a positive, self-starter who is a proven team player. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate will be highly organised and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills and Experience:

- Previous demonstrable recruitment experience, any sales or account management experience.
- Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent presentation skills
- Verbal communication skills – the ability to influence
- Positive demeanor with lots of energy
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
