Change UK is a recruitment company aiming to change the way the UK recruitment market operates. We offer impeccable customer service to both clients and candidates through a professional, honest, and ethical approach.
If you haven't heard of us before, Change UK Recruitment was launched in 2004 by two highly respected recruiters from two of the Country's leading recruitment companies. Born out of frustration of the UK recruitment market with its poor operational practices and lack of ethics, our mission is to change the industry standard by creating a benchmark of excellence other recruitment companies will adhere to.
We recruit for six main divisions: Accountancy and Finance, Office Support, Hospitality, Executives, Construction and Industrial and Sales and Marketing. This year we were a Finalist in the award for Best Recruitment Company To Work For In The UK. Our unique philosophy has also received attention from the recruitment industry in general, giving us a very high profile when we were invited to attend two award ceremonies in 2006. One as a Finalist for The Best Newcomer to the Industry from The Recruiter Awards for Excellence, and as the Winner of Fastest Growing Recruitment Agency from the London and South East Recruitment Awards.
