Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Assistant to join their friendly and dynamic team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and playing a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences.

The Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be at the heart of the business - ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and efficient.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Building strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Supporting customers with product selection
• Resolving delivery and order issues, escalating when needed
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system
• Providing essential administrative support to the sales team

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
• Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
• A team-focused approach, with the confidence to work independently
• A positive mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and improvements
• Confidence in your abilities, alongside a willingness to learn and grow
