Office Assistant


Join our historic and fast-paced tailoring firm as an Office Assistant. We're looking for someone proactive, highly organised, and personable to help keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.


This is a varied and dynamic role-perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a team, communicates clearly, and handles multiple tasks with calm efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling phone calls and email enquiries

• Scheduling meetings and fittings

• Supporting general office administration

• Handling the Sales Order System: inputting orders, updating customer details, sending order confirmation etc.

• Assisting with PR and Marketing incl. creating content

• Managing the company's website

• Shipping and logistics (particularly with customer orders or international shipments)


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
