My client is seeking a Receptionist / Office Manager.  This is a newly created role where you will be based in beautiful offices located in the heart of the City.  They are looking for a switched on candidate who is seeking a busy hybrid role where you will be joining a growing team in brand new offices based by Liverpool Street.    

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Typical duties include:

- Meeting and greeting all internal and external clients
- Answering all calls and general emails
- Issuing visitor passes
- Working with a large team or in a stand-alone position
- Arranging catering requirements
- Domestic travel bookings
- Preparing meeting rooms with certain requirements
- Maintaining a clean and tidy front of house
- Ordering stationary
- Assisting with Facilities / building management
- Any adhoc requests for the office

 
WHO YOU ARE

The successful candidate will need to be available immediately and hold some good communication skills. If you have previous experience with a hybrid role, this will be brilliant, however is not essential. We are looking for people who have a fantastic work ethic and will be loyal to all bookings we are offering.
