Description: EA/Office Manager – 15 Month Contract 

We have taken on an exceptionally exciting EA/Office Manager role for a boutique consultancy firm.
Based in stunning, newly refurbished offices in Mayfair, they consult mainly into Private Equity firms and have offices across Europe.

This role is a 15-month fixed term maternity contract with excellent benefits and a discretionary bonus at the end of the contract. The role will commence as soon as possible. 

As EA/Office Manager, you will be supporting the Managing Partner. Essentially, they are looking for an EA and Office Manager who can take on projects, events and be a real right-hand support within the office.

Duties will include: 
- Calendar, travel arrangements, itineraries and inbox management for the Managing Partner
- Marketing coordination and liaising with media partners
- Event Coordination and sourcing event venues
- Office Management - liaising with facilities and external suppliers, ordering office supplies and ensuring health and safety procedures are fully adhered to

As this is a small team, you will be integral in the day to day running for the business. They are looking for someone bright who can work autonomously but also with the team to help the business grow. Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: 40-45k (dependent on experience)
