Description: A fantastic opportunity is available for an Office Administrator to join a small start up business in Birmingham, you will be working as part of a growing team

The role and responsibilities
-Entering telephone reservations in to the booking system and taking payments
-Speaking to customers over the telephone and via e mail
-Assisting customers within online booking systems
-Create seating plans, send out tickets
-Taking minuets for meetings
-Dealing with customer complaints
-Sending out post to customers
-General Administration
-Greeting guests and visitors, manage meeting rooms

To be considered for this role you must have general Administration skills
-Excellent telephone manner
-Self motivated
-Administration skills
-Knowledge of Microsoft packages including word, excel and outlook
The company are offering a salary of £17,000-£20,000 depending on experience with 35.7 hours per week 9.30am till 17.30pm with occasional weekends if required, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, discounts.
