Payroll Administration


Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce weekly and monthly payrolls
  • All associated administration relating to the Payroll function
  • Extracting reports from Systems
  • Managing the payroll inbox and ensure all queries are resolved quickly and professionally
  • Maintain and update payroll records
  • Maintenance and continual improvement of payroll systems and processes.
  • Ensure full compliance at all times
  • Undertake ad-hoc project
  • Strong administer.


Strong payroll administration or similar experience

Experience with Pegasus systems (Desirable but not essential)

Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.

Strong working knowledge of email, word, excel and XRL

In return this role will pay a competitive salary of between £18-22k and offer excellent benefits,
