One of our partners, Richmond Fellowship, is looking for an Administrator to join their team working on its vital Drive Project. Working across two West Midlands local authority areas, Drive is a new response to domestic abuse that aims to reduce the number of child and adult victims of domestic abuse by disrupting and changing perpetrator behaviour. It implements a whole‐system approach through an intensive individual case management intervention alongside a coordinated multi‐agency response to drive service users to change their behaviour.

Your role as an Administrator will include:

Organising, attending and minuting ODOC meetings
Tracking actions from meetings
Supporting the Service Manager with daily tasks
Gathering information for services to support the Locality Manager in producing key KPI in formation
Maintaining filing and admin systems
Planning and purchasing office supplies
Undertaking word processing and minute taking tasks as required.

To be an excellent team player, with a flexible and motivated approach
Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Finance, administration and minute taking experience
Experience of completing financial returns/records
IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office packages
Willingness to undertake training
The ability to prioritise workload and manage several deadlines.

This is a rolling recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be interviewed as and when they apply.

This is a part-time post for 18.5 hours per week. The salary for this post is £7,994.42 per annum (pro rata of £16,206.00) with subsequent salary progression to £8,2552.48 per annum (pro rata of £16,728.00)

This service covers Birmingham and Sandwell, with the bases being Smethwick and Bournville police stations.

The successful candidate will be required to attend One Day One Conversation (ODOC) meetings in both locations (at least one per month) and have a presence at each base. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to undergo further police vetting in order to obtain relevant access to the stations.
