You will be educated to a degree level and have previous reception and administrative experience gained in a financial or professional services industry and will not be considered for the role if not proven on a CV.
As a central point of contact your role will be broad in content and you will be encouraged to take on responsibilities across a range of business activities. Initially you will be based at reception, meeting and greeting, arranging couriers, travel, stationary ordering, typing letters, responding to E-mails. Your role will soon develop further and you will embrace PA duties as you will support a team of 6. You will be responsible for diary management, travel arrangements, inputting data, dealing with invoices, filing, faxing, binding and photocopying, filing, post, mucking in and assisting the team. You will be given the best possible opportunity to develop your skills and to progress in the company.
