Your new company
It is a leading Business Enterprise that supports agencies and their clients with access to workspace, development services, access to finance and informed support that they need to start, sustain and grow their businesses. Hays has been appointed by this client to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team. This is an office-based position and the client can offer some flexibility in relation to working hours and will consider either a 4-day or 5-day working week.

Your new role
As Office Administrator, you will provide support to staff across the business. This will include entering information accurately onto the CRM system, email management, answering incoming calls and dealing with all enquiries professionally, word processing of correspondence, filing of documents and general administration duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed
As Office Administrator, essentially, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working in an Administration role. You will be confident communicating with internal and external customers via verbal and written forms and be proficient in Microsoft suite.
