Your new role
This role will require the successful candidate to support multiple teams; tracking the progress of projects, ensuring project records updated and maintained accurately, assisting with the coordination of ongoing projects, ensuring that resources are tracked accurately. You'll prepare project documentation, department training materials, adhere to the company quality management systems and provide a robust and varied administrative support function across a number of teams.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need experience working as an administrator in a role that requires good attention to detail and feel confident using Microsoft Excel creating and manipulating spreadsheets and formulas. You'll need to be highly organised and posses strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across multiple segments of the business. Time management skills are crucial, as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
