Well Established and Successful, Niche Service Provider, is Seeking to Recruit an Administrator to Provide Comprehensive Administrative Support to the Core Activities of a Busy Recruitment Business, that Specialises in the Science and Engineering Sectors. The Administrator will be Pivotal to the Ongoing Success and Expansion of the Business

  • Client and Candidate Communication
  • Other General Administrative and Office Management Activities

REQUIRED (Essential)

  • Good Standard of Education
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience in a Similar Administrative Role
  • Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated, and Proactive with a Strong Work Ethic
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills, at All Levels
  • Effective Communication Skills, Written and Spoken
  • Engaging Personality with a Good Sense of Humour
  • Good Telephone Voice and Telephone Etiquette
  • Excellent Spelling, Grammar, and Numeracy Skills
  • Accurate with Strict Attention to Detail
  • Proficient in Using MS Office Suite, Outlook and Internet
  • Conscientious. Punctual and Efficient Time Manager

WORKING HOURS

  • 09:00Hrs to 17:00Hrs, Monday to Friday Inclusive, with Refreshment Breaks and One Hour Lunch Break
