Salary: up to £24,000 depending on experience

Hours: full time, office based

A super role within a long established and client focussed law firm. Working from their modern offices in Bradford (parking available and easy access to train station) you will provide administrative assistance to the department when dealing with initial enquiries from clients. Duties will include:

  • Handling enquiries via telephone and contact form
  • Confirming meeting details with potential clients
  • Opening files in a timely manner, file management
  • Compliance and client ID checks
  • Liaising with lawyers and clients, keeping regular contact with clients
  • Managing work and coordinating key dates
  • Arranging meetings and external training
  • Managing spreadsheets
  • General administration and dealing with post.

Previous Administration / Customer Service experience is desired for this role. Any experience working in a professional services department is advantageous.
