Responsible for developing and maintaining effective governance and compliance
Diary management and arranging committee meetings
Preparing meeting agendas and publishing meeting packs
Taking meeting minutes
THE PERSON:
Experience in an administrative role supporting stakeholders
Competent in Microsoft Office including Excel, and document management systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven experience taking minutes
