We are looking for a Travel Administrator to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant liaison and communication between all departments.
  • Ensure that invoicing is kept up to date.
  • Submit invoices for authorisation as required
  • Maintain a record (electronic & filing) of requests & payments.
  • Liaise with hotels & travel companies to ensure requests are carried out as per requirements.
  • Support the Travel Team with any other duties as and when required.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities

  • Trustworthy / Honest
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent administrative skills with an ability to self-check to avoid errors in work
  • A team player
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the changing needs and demands
  • Excellent Computer literacy, with experience of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Web Browser

Personal Attributes

  • A knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate at all levels with confidence
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Able to work independently and perform tasks unsupervised
