Job Description: As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in our clients sales operations by handling various tasks to support our sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your duties will include:
- Attending trade shows to showcase products/services and network with potential clients. - Efficiently inputting sales orders into system and ensuring accuracy in all transactions. - Dealing with telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service. - Liaising with key accounts to nurture relationships and promote repeat business opportunities. - Engaging with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions, with a focus on upselling. - Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong sales mindset, driven by a passion for exceeding customer expectations. - Proficiency in IT skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Hold a full UK driving license, as occasional travel may be required. - Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs. - Highly enthusiastic and motivated individual, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
