Job Title: Patient Pathway Support
Location: Croydon (CR9)
Hourly Pay Rate: 13.65
Hours: 37.5 per week
Length of the contract: Until 21st June 2024

Gi Group are now seeking to appoint experienced Patient Pathway Support to our Public Sector client based in Croydon. The post-holder will be responsible for booking patients in for paediatric blood tests and answering the telephone line.

Duties of Patient Pathway Support

• Booking patients in for paediatric blood tests.
• Answering the telephone line and booking patients in on Cerner.
• Answering patient queries via telephone.
• Observing and maintaining strict confidentiality with regards to patient and staff records in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.

Role Criteria

• GCSE English Grade C or above or equivalent.
• Smartcard and Cerner experience.
• Previous administrative or clerical experience.
• Experience working within the Public Sector.
• Experience of working with the public.
• Excellent telephone skills.
