To provide support across the Special Educational Needs and Disability Service
To maintain an up to date knowledge of policy and procedures within the service areas of SEN & disability in order to advise:
schools,
early years settings
post 16 providers
Parents
Young people
other stakeholders
To be a first point of contact for schools and parents with enquiries relating to the service area and to respond appropriately
To support managers in the organisation of meetings, including the distribution of related information, taking minutes and following up actions.
To respond to enquiries and requests for information from internal and external sources in a timely and responsive manner, with regard to data protection procedures
To undertake a range of administrative and financial duties including reports and schedules, word processing and IT based tasks.
