Key Responsibilities:Customer Satisfaction:
Provide excellent customer service to all new and existing tenants and visitors
Strengthen and build relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Sales Support:
Conduct viewings of available spaces to support sales efforts.
Possess in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively communicate with potential customers.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
Step up as a leader in the absence of the Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company to both customers and the public.
Assist in organizing marketing events to build communities and create new relationships with stakeholders.
