A fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join a boutique Private Equity firm located in Mayfair.  If you’re looking for the next step in your career, looking to join an established firm, then this could be the role for you. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and have exceptional communication skills.

Working in a 5 strong administration team you will provide superior customer service support to both internal and external clients, acting as the first face of the company.

Hours: 7:30 – 16:30 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Meet and greet all guests
- Coordinate the daily office set up, arrange refreshments and ordering of equipment and supplies
- Liaise with and develop strong working relationships with vendors, contractors and other internal teams
- Coordinate meeting room bookings ensuring all IT works and refreshments are stocked
- Coordinating with IT on AV equipment
- Organising travel as needed
- Ordering of catering/client lunches
- Communicate with building management

 
WHO YOU ARE

- Career receptionist with minimum of 2 years experience working within a fast paced reception environment, ideally within financial services
- Someone able to provide the highest level of customer service to guests and internal clients
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A hands on, can do attitude with no job too small attitude
- Reliable, hardworking and someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
