Description: | An exciting opportunity has just arisen for a Reward and Benefits Specialist for a management consulting company. This will be a hybrid role of 2 days in the office 3 days from home with a key focus on wellbeing for a company that has some fantastic benefits. Role and Responsibilities: - Manage the annual benefits review process - Benchmarking data for the global compensation review - Main point of contact for all benefits queries in the EMEA region - Responsible for updating and conducting the benefits induction for all employees in the EMEA region - Mange the implementation of new benefits and modifications of any existing ones - Create and manage wellbeing events to improve the overall culture of the company Skills & Experience Required: - 4 years minimum experience in a benefits role is essential - Previous experience in a professional services or financial services environment is essential - Previous experience implementing and managing benefits - University degree qualified or a similar qualification - A key interest in benefits and wellbeing - High level of energy with strong organisational skills For further information please do apply below: Tiger is B Corp Certified.
